This policy explains what personal data ZAN Architects collects when you contact us through our website, our ads or our lead forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
ZAN Architects is an interior architecture and turnkey villa finishing studio based in Egypt. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in our website form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email:
- Your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and email address.
- Details about your property, such as its area and compound, property type, built-up area, current state, the services you need and when you would like to start.
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message.
Information collected automatically: when you arrive from one of our ads, we record which campaign brought you (for example UTM tags and the Facebook click ID) together with your enquiry. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type. If we use advertising measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel, they may set cookies to tell us whether our ads lead to enquiries.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and call you about your project.
- To arrange a site visit and prepare a design or finishing proposal.
- To deliver and follow up on the work if you become our client.
- To understand which of our ads and campaigns are useful, so we can improve them.
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send us your details, and to take the steps you ask for before entering into a contract with us.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Google (for storing enquiries and email), Meta (Facebook and Instagram, when you use their lead forms or click our ads) and our website hosting provider. They process the data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if we are required to by law.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Egypt. We only use well-known providers that protect data appropriately.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to deliver the project, honour any warranty and meet legal requirements.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, or stop contacting you.
- Withdraw the consent you gave us.

7. How we protect it
Access to your details is limited to the ZAN team members who need them to handle your enquiry or project, and we use reputable providers with security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
8. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
